I collaborate effectively with product developers or founders, taking over all operational tasks and communications, both inside and outside the company.
I handle organizing workflows, launching products, and building distribution channels. All the things founders or product owners often call "boring"— like project and financial planning, infrastructure, client communication, internal collaboration, and finding external partners — are my strengths.

I built a holding structure of digital agencies within the advertising group Dentsu Aegis Network, achieving a $50M turnover and successfully integrating new companies after M&A deals. In consulting projects, I set up commercial departments and sales teams, improved business management, implemented processes, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration.

The WEB3 and AI industries are growing fast, and there’s a growing need for people with corporate experience who know how to set up strong processes and scale businesses. Modern technologies make it possible to create complex products in less time, but there’s often a lack of expertise in building sustainable businesses.
